California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”)

We Don’t Sell Your Personal Data

If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) requires that we provide you with a way to “opt out” of the sale of your data. Since we don’t sell user personal data, we consider all of our customers to have opted out of the sale of their personal data, so you don’t have to do anything else.

Government regulations require us to submit some personal data about our customers to the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”). The cost of interpreting each video relay call is funded through a federal program administered by the FCC. The program uses this data to ensure that our customers are eligible for the service.

More information about what personal data we collect and what data we send to the FCC is available in our Privacy Policy.
