Outreach and Customer Training Programs

To help you get the most from SVRS, we have many specialized groups ready to help you. We have trained professionals working on our Outreach, TEP, CIR and Tech Support teams. Our Outreach trainers provide service, support and one-on-one training right in your home. Our TEP (tel-education) team members can help you learn how to use a Sorenson videophone and to discover the features and services that can help make life easier for you. Our CIR (Customer Information Representative) group are there to provide you with customer support and answer any of your questions. And finally, our Technical Support team members are there to help you when you are having technical problems with your videophone.
