Deaf users can tell their hearing friends, family, and associates how to contact them through SIPRelay by giving out our SIPRelay Contact Card. Print your own by following these simple instructions.

1. Click here if you have not installed Adobe Acrobat on your computer.
2. Fill in your full name and your AIM Screen Name.
3. Click the submit button. This will create a set of SIPRelay Contact Cards with your name and AIM Screen Name on them.
4. Print the SIPRelay Contact Cards on your printer. It is strongly recommended that you use thicker paper or card stock and a color printer.
5. Cut the cards apart on the lines, fold, and give these cards to your hearing business associates, friends, and family members.
