What is SignMail for Sorenson VRS?
SignMail allows Sorenson VRS interpreters to leave you video messages when a hearing caller attempts to call you and your VP-100 is not answered. When you receive a new SignMail message, an e-mail message with a link to your SignMail is sent to the e-mail address you specify.
What do I need to do to use SignMail?
- SignMail is only available if you have a Sorenson VP-100.
- An e-mail address where notifications of new SignMails can be sent.
- Access to a computer with Internet access to view your SignMail messages.
- The Windows Media Player installed on the computer you want to view SignMail messages on.
- Hearing people to call you through Sorenson VRS.
Where can I get the Windows Media Player?
The computer you view the SignMail messages on must have the Windows Media Player installed on it. It is available for download at http://microsoft.com/windowsmedia/download/default.asp
What Information do Hearing People Need to Call Me Through Sorenson VRS
To receive SignMails from hearing friends and associates, they need to call you through Sorenson VRS. To help them understand how to call you, share these instructions with your hearing friends.
- Dial toll free: 1-866-FAST-VRS (1-866-327-8877).
- Follow the automated prompts.
- Provide my name and VP-100 phone number (you must give your friends this information).

Confirmation E-mail
