Contact Cards

Once your Sorenson videophone is installed any hearing individual can easily reach you! Simply add your name and number to our professional-looking Contact Cards, print your cards, and then give your cards out to all kinds of business associates such as your accountant, bank, boss, childcare provider, coworkers, doctor's office, family members, school, mechanic, and more!

For your convenience, we have developed a new contact card for those who have a DirectVP number. To learn more about DirectVP numbers, please click here to view the ASL videos.

Just follow the directions below to print out your Contact Cards:

1. Click here if you have not installed Adobe Acrobat on your computer.
2. Decide which type of Contact Card you wish to give out to your hearing contacts.
   
   

   

   
   

   Option 1: Use your existing Sorenson Videophone number on your Contact Card

   Option 2: Use your new DirectVP number on your contact card

   Click here to open another window with the new Sorenson VRS contact card form for your DirectVP number.

3. Fill in your full name and your videophone number or DirectVP number.
4. Click the submit button. This will create a set of Sorenson VRS Contact Cards with your name and number on them.
5. Print the Sorenson VRS Contact Cards on your printer. It is strongly recommended that you use thicker paper or card stock and a color printer.
6. Cut the cards apart on the lines, fold, and give these cards to your hearing business associates, friends, and family members.
