Where is my Sorenson VP-100 Videophone?
If you have not received your Sorenson VP-100 videophone and you have submitted an application, please fill out the following information, click "Submit", and a Sorenson VRS representative will contact you via e-mail.
Provide the following information EXACTLY as you provided on your Sorenson VP-100 videophone application.
Reasons why you may not have received your VP-100:
- The e-mail information provided on your application was incomplete or inaccurate.
- You have not replied to a follow up e-mail from Sorenson VRS.
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not support a 256K connection for the VP-100 (or you do not have a high speed Internet connection)
- There is not a Sorenson VRS installer in your area.
