Update Your Contact Information
It is important to keep your contact information up to date for e911. During an emergency where the person calling has become unresponsive, help will be sent to the location registered with Sorenson. If you move without updating the location information of the videophone you use, help could be sent to your old address.
When you update your contact information, you can also request for a Sorenson trainer to reinstall the videophone at your new location.
VP Reinstallation Program
If you are moving the videophone you use to a different home, or even to another room in your current home, an experienced Sorenson Trainer can help. A Sorenson Trainer will come to your current home to help pack up the videophone you use and then reinstall the videophone in your new home. It is just one of the many free services from Sorenson VRS.
