Service and Product Agreement
The Service and Product Agreement for both Sorenson VP-100 and VP-200 videophones can be found below. When you apply for a Sorenson videophone you are accepting the terms of this agreement. In accordance with FCC regulations, all calls placed through Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS) are confidential. VRS calls and SignMail messages made over Sorenson videophones should not be recorded or distributed.
